Aluminum Extrusion Hard Guarding

We carry FrameWorld aluminum extrusion. FrameWorld has the most comprehensive offering of profiles and accessories. We offer both components and custom designed and built frames. FrameWorld also offers "FastFrames". FastFrame modules are pre-assembled panels and doors that are constructed of 1.5" x 1.5" heavy-duty aluminum extrusions, with wire mesh (black or yellow) or clear Lexan inserts. Each module can be ordered using a single part number, and arrives completely pre-assembled. Just connect them together to form a machine guard, enclosure or protective perimeter guard. FastFrames modules are also available as carts, tables/frames and conveyors.

Light Curtains and Safety Mats

We carry Pinnacle and Omron safety light curtains. Units are available with both Type 2 and Type4 protection as standard. Standard sizes are available for immediate shipment. Pinnacle also offers safety mats and controllers. These come in standard sizes, but can also be customized to fit any area. Simply send us a drawing of the mat and we'll fabricate it to your drawing.

Electrical Circuit Safety Products

We carry a variety of electrical products used to make machines and automated lines safer to avoid operator injury. These products include e-stops, safety light towers, safety relays, and safety door switches and interlocks, two-hand controls, and full-blown safety network controllers.
