Pumps and Generators
We offer both vacuum generators and motor driven vacuum pumps. Vacuum generators use compressed air to generate vacuum using a venturi. Vacuum levels down to -25 inHG (-85kPa) can be obtained from single and multi stage units with suction flow greater than 7 SCFM (200 l/min.) Vacuum generators can be connected via a manifold or used individually and can be customized to integrate suction filters, vacuum switches, and supply/release valves onto the generator. We handle Rietschle vacuum pumps and blowers as well. These are motor driven units and are available in a wide range of pumping technologies and sizes, from fractional HP to over 200 HP, and vacuums to 29.91"Hg (0.001 torr). We can also do full-blown central systems as well.
Cups, Buffers, and Fittings
We carry vacuum cups in 19 diameters from 2mm to 200mm for use in delicate or heavy applications. They are available to fit many unusual shapes and are constructed from a variety of premium materials such as Silicon, NBR, Urethane, Fluorine etc. Installation options can be specified on either spring loaded buffers or threaded stems. Special application cups are also available such as check valve, porous material, annulus area, etc.
Sensors and Switches
We carry SMC vacuum switches. These provide a completely integrated, digital solution designed to monitor vacuum status. Vacuum sensor and switch outputs are integrated into ultra-compact, lightweight units. Vacuum switches can be integrated directly onto many vacuum generators.
Engineered Systems and Assemblies
Not only do we offer components, we also offer engineered systems and assemblies as well. Through our Engineered Products Group we can integrate all of the products we sell into complete systems. We also offer product customization and high volume contract assembly services for many of our OEM customers.
